Competition Rules:

*Gulf Coast Big Rig Truck Show, LLC (GCBR Truck Show) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine eligibility of any potential entrant for inclusion in the competition and may decline or prohibit any entrant, or proposed entrant not deemed to be suitable or appropriate to purpose of the show.

*GCBR Truck Show is the final authority

*This is an indoor event. No Refunds.

*Hall is open for truck to enter on

Thursday, July 17, 2026 from Noon – 6:00 p.m.

Friday July 18, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.

*All Trucks must remain on site until released by GCBR Truck Show.

*Offensive or derogatory slogans, language, artwork etc. will not be permitted.

*No- blowing of air horns and or other excessive noise.

*Products and merchandise are not permitted to be sold on competition site. Products must be sold in the exhibit area. This will be strictly enforced.

*Tractor competition only.

Chrome on the Coast Convoy:

Convoy Saturday night July 18, 2026 Escorted Convoy and Light Show on Beach Blvd. This is an awesome opportunity to show off your Truck and display your Lights for everyone to enjoy and support the Wounded Warriors Project. Everyone who participates will line up at the Biloxi, MS Coast Coliseum & Convention Center parking lot #4. At that time you will be able to prepare your truck for the convoy. The Convoy will leave from the center and convoy west on Beach Blvd. to Jones Park where the convoy will turn around and convoy back to the MS Coliseum and Convention Center. At that time you may leave. Be sure to tell all of your family and friends to come and picnic on the beach and enjoy the convoy.

Judging Rules:

*All Judges are extremely knowledgeable and involved in the transportation industry

*All trucks must have a driver present at all times to:

1. Answer questions

2. Open and close hoods

3. Open doors for interior inspection

4. Driver knowledge and professionalism

*Trucks are scored on the following items:

1. Paint

2. Interior

3. Chrome

4. Lights

5. Overall Appearance of Truck

*Judging will began Friday at 1:00pm

*Winners will be announced Saturday at 5:30 pm

Liability, Injury, Loss and Damage:

*The entrant waives and releases all rights and claims for an injuries, losses, damages and liabilities of any kind, including but not limited to, bodily injury and death and property damages, arising out of or related to the entrant participating in or at the show, against GCBR Truck Show, Show Management and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, patrons and guest.

*GCBR Truck Show is held harmless from and against any and all liability, responsibilities, loss, damage, cost or expenses of any kind what so every (including but not limited to cost, interest and attorney fees)

*The entrant hereby releases permission for photographs to be taken and used by any party for whom wishes to do so.

*The entrant, in signing this agreement, releases GCBR Truck Show of any and all injuries, or theft that may occur to the entrant or to the entrants employees property from any cause whatsoever, prior, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the entrant agreement.

*Entrant must protect their equipment so that no injury or damage will result to the public, visitors, quest, employees, or any person or property or the competition area and will be liable for any such damage.

*Entrant is responsible for leaving there area free of all materials after the show. Entrant will be billed for goods and materials left behind or the cleaning and/or repair of their space.

*GCBR Truck Show will require a certificate of insurance naming the MS Convention Ct. and GCBR Truck Show, it’s employees, agents and representatives as additional insured on the special Event Policy as stated below. There is no charge for adding us to your policy.
